ENGRAVING
We can engrave inside your ring, any date / name can be possible. Additional 1 day will be required for this without any additional charge. 15 characters will be able to fit inside the ring to make it readable. Please write to us what you would like engraved and be sure about each character and font type, capital letter or small letter , don’t forget that space will be count a character.
Production Time
All Deylan Diamond Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our Istanbul-Grand Bazaar Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we just need you to allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) depending on the requested features before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, please contact us, we will be more than happy to assist you for your request.
Custom and personalized orders
I welcome all kinds of Custom orders. Please conversation us for any information you need. We can work with you on special custom projects you have in mind. I It is all possible changing a center stone , changing stones , adding/removing details. Just get in touch.. Or, if you have your own designs that you would like us to make, I will be happy to quote you a price and duration until completion of that project.
Please note, customized orders are final sell and can not be cancelled or returned.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns and exchanges for: Rush, Custom or Personalized Orders and Items purchaised with any kind of coupon discount.
Conditions of return
Just contact me within 14 days after product arrival. You will get %100 refund minus shipping and handling.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original paperwork and no damage or alteration.
Jewelry that has been modified, resized or altered in any way cannot be returned.
The original shipping cost is not refundable. So our refund and exchange policies exclude: custom made, rush, discounted items.
Please contact me for prior approval before making a return. Items must be received by us within five days from the date of the email giving you the return address. Shipping Charge is non refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping. Items must be shipped with full value insurance, tracking and require signature on delivery.
